I want to start be saying that the Greyfox Rainham (GF) team felt more like friends than estate agents by the end of all our transactions. We had quite a complex sale and purchase, and they truly went above and beyond to support both transactions. In particular Esther, used her experience and contacts to give much needed prompts to other estate agents and solicitors involved. During our move we also suffered a bereavement, which GF Rainham handled with care and compassion. We initially went with Purple Bricks (one price/ do your own viewings etc) and although they were cheaper, you truly get what you pay for.
