Greyfox have helped me massively through very tough and trying times. I live 300 miles away from the property, the distance made things very tricky especially through COVID-19. Greyfox made regular checks on the property and helped me deal with any issues or problems such as property clearance, garden needs, repairs, services, etc. Greyfox, in my opinion, went the extra mile to assist me with everything that I needed.

I appointed Greyfox to sell our house just before the pandemic hit and were due to go on holiday. Leanne being aware of this, moved her diary around to suit our needs. From the start the costs and services offered were clear and transparent with no hidden fees along with the process being explained from start to finish before we committed to anything.
Within a week 2 viewings were arranged, the first couple to come to the house were already vetted by Greyfox, so we knew they were serious buyers interested in the type of property we had for sale. These first viewers put an offer on the property, and with Greyfox's help we were able to negotiate a good price.
We had trouble with communication between the chains solicitors during the sale, which Leanne again swung into action and soon got the ball rolling again by liaising all the way through the chain for us. Without this help, I feel we would have still been waiting! The communication from them even during the height of the pandemic was great, keeping in touch regularly and updating us as soon as they had any news come their way.
I highly recommend Greyfox and would only choose them again when we come to moving home in the future. They were worth every penny.

Despite not acting for us, they went above and beyond and progressed our chain of 5 to completion. If it was not for the incredible team in Rainham we would not be in our new house today. I dealt with every member in the team daily and they really helped me through the stress, not only on a professional level but also on a personal level. They showed real experience and were able to guide the entire chain through complicated scenarios as well as regularly checking in to see if I was ok. I had a real sense that they cared.

Very good at what they do and I highly recommend. I moved during the COVID19 pandemic and had to do an over the phone viewing with a lovely chap called Terry, he was very knowledgeable and helpful and pointed out 1000 things I probably would have missed if I had actually gone to do the viewing in person (that's probably a slight over exaggeration).
