Very good at what they do and I highly recommend. I moved during the COVID19 pandemic and had to do an over the phone viewing with a lovely chap called Terry, he was very knowledgeable and helpful and pointed out 1000 things I probably would have missed if I had actually gone to do the viewing in person (that's probably a slight over exaggeration).
